Black Mesa started it's life as a mod for Half-life 2, and eventually became a critically acclaimed commercial game.
As the Leader of Black Mesa for many years, I directed development & managed team members around the world. I lead all PR, interviews and press release efforts. In addition to serving as Creative Director, I was a multidisciplinary contributor to many different aspects of art, design and technical implementation. Ultimately, through founding Crowbar Collective LLC, I led the team as CEO to commercial and critical success with our Steam launch.
